Xenon Consulting Inc. was founded by Pia and Duke Thompson in 1996 with the mission to deliver superior Business Intelligence products and services. Since it's inception, Xenon has maintained the highest quality customer satisfaction by delivering advanced reporting and analytical applications for both transaction and warehouse systems built upon the Business Objects tool-kit. Xenon was named "2001 Business Objects Partner of the Year" for software sales performance. Xenon has been one of the top partners nationally for Business Objects Education Services for the past several years.

	Pia G. Thompson Ms. Thompson has a B.BA from Pace University, New York and over 25 years experience in technology development, delivery and sales. Her first 15 years in the industry were focused on developing and implementing enterprise-wide applications in Financial Services companies on Mainframe, UNIX, PC and WEB platforms for transaction and warehouse systems. Her hands-on implementation skills and strong business acument enable her to work strategically with Xenon clients on the design and implementation of successful Business Intelligence deployments.

	Duke M. Thompson Mr. Thompson has B. Sc. Eng. from University of Manitoba, Canada and over 22 years of experience in computer software and hardware design and development for the telephony and financial services industries. Duke has developed large mission critical enterprise applications in the C, C++ and the Java languages on various UNIX and Mainframe platforms. Most recently Duke architected and helped develop a 7x24x365, Business2Business portal using SOA technology in a J2EE environment running under IBM's WebSphere for one of the world's largest financial institutions.
